The North Carolina High School Athletic Association released its 2023 state playoff brackets on Saturday afternoon, following Friday’s regular season finales across the state.
First-round games will be played this Friday, Nov. 3 at the higher seed.
Here are the top four seeds in each region and classification, plus the full bracket for 1A through 4A (courtesy NCHSAA).
4A East: Rolesville, Cleveland, Hoggard, Pinecrest
4A West: Weddington, Watauga, Mooresville, Grimsley
3A East: Havelock, Seventy-First, Southern Alamance, Southern Nash
3A West: Crest, Hickory, West Henderson, Dudley
2A East: Clinton, Northeastern, SouthWest Edgecombe, Nash Central
2A West: Reidsville, Salisbury, Community School of Davidson, Bunker Hill
1A East: Tarboro, West Columbus, Wilson Prep, Northside (Pinetown)
1A West: Robbinsville, Mount Airy, Eastern Randolph, North Rowan
