Louisburg College, which advanced to the junior college national title game a season ago, has unveiled its 2025 football schedule.

While the Hurricanes haven’t posted an official schedule release story, a 10-game lineup currently lives on the school’s athletics website (LCHurricanes.com). Louisburg is North Carolina’s lone JUCO program, competing in NJCAA Division III.

The Louisburg 2025 football schedule will start with a home exhibition game against Methodist College. The scrimmage will be held Saturday, Aug. 23 at 11 a.m. at Louisburg High School. The Monarchs from Fayetteville play in NCAA Division III.

The regular season launches the following Saturday, Aug. 30 when Louisburg faces Central Georgia Technical College, an NJCAA Division I program. The Titans finished 10-1 a season ago. To accommodate travel issues for both schools, the contest will be played at Brookland Cayce High School in central South Carolina.

Louisburg only plays two true home games during the regular season. The Hurricanes host Hudson Valley Community College (NY) on Saturday, Sept. 13 (youth day) and Myrtle Beach Collegiate on Saturday, Oct. 25 (homecoming). Both contests will be at Louisburg High School.

Other opponents this season include Presbyterian College JV, Sussex County Community College, Georgia Military College, Monroe University (NY) and Nassau Community College (NY). Louisburg will play Central Georgia Tech twice, with the rematch coming in mid-October, also at Brookland-Cayce High.

Games against Nassau Community and Monroe University will be held at Alexandria City High School in Virginia.

Quinderra Spellman coaches Louisburg College football. The Hurricanes went 8-3 a year ago and fell to College of DuPage (Ill.) in the NJCAA DIII national championship 31-14.

Louisburg College is located in Franklin County, about 45 minutes northeast of Raleigh. Shavon Revel Jr., a former Louisburg College football alum, was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys this past April. He was the No. 76 overall selection.
