Recent Conference Carolinas Champions
2025 – North Greenville (7-5, 6-0)
Conference Carolinas resumed sponsoring football in 2025 after more than 50 years. North Greenville defeated UNC Pembroke in the inaugural Conference Carolinas Bowl in November 2025 to earn the league’s championship trophy and D2 playoff berth.
Until 2025, Elon had been the reigning Conference Carolinas (“Carolinas Conference”) football champion, having won the 1974 title before the league dissolved.
