Week 6 of the North Carolina college football season saw a hurricane impact multiple games – and victories by teams nicknamed Hurricanes (Louisburg) and Tornados (Brevard) that kept both undefeated.
Wake Forest jumped into the Top 25 after steamrolling NC State, while UNC knocked off its first Top 25 opponent under coach Bill Belichick. Chowan earned one of the biggest victories in its football history, while Duke and Mars Hill fell from the ranks of the unbeaten.
That whirlwind slate of games is now in the books, and we’ve crossed over the halfway point of college football season in our state (hard to believe).
Week 7 offers another chance to separate contenders from pretenders across multiple divisions.
Provided the weather cooperates (please!), here’s the complete schedule for North Carolina’s college football teams, including kickoff times and TV/streaming information.
